In accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of subsection (d) of paragraph 6.3 of Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 (the “LD 1372”) and paragraph 7.3 of Article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF (the “Regulations”), notice is hereby given that Explomin del Perú S.A.C. (the “Company”) has carried out reasonable procedures to obtain information regarding its ultimate beneficial owner, taking into account the ownership and control criteria set forth in subsections (a) and (b) of paragraph 4.1 of Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraphs 5.1 through 5.4 of its Regulations, and has duly documented such procedures, respectively. However, it has not been possible to identify the Company’s ultimate beneficial owner, since no natural person qualifies as such under the criteria referred to in the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, pursuant to subsection (c) of paragraph 4.1 of LD 1372 and subsection (c) of paragraph 4.1 of Article 4 of the Regulations, we have considered as the ultimate beneficial owner the natural person who holds the highest-ranking administrative position in the Company, namely, its General Managers.
