(the \u201cCompany\u201d) has carried out reasonable procedures to obtain information regarding its ultimate beneficial owner, taking into account the ownership and control criteria set forth in subsections (a) and (b) of paragraph 4.1 of Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 1372 and paragraphs 5.1 through 5.4 of its Regulations, and has duly documented such procedures, respectively.
